Public Health policies
Policies to enhance health promotion, prevention and health care quality procedures within the Health in All Policies framework implemented based on scientific evidence and good practice. Policies were designed and implemented for countries of Africa, Asia, Balkan and EU new member states. -
Quality of services
Experienced in evaluation of health care quality, implemented several projects on improving the quality through implementation of evidence based guidelines, through accreditation, as well as through patient safety procedures. -
Evidence based processes
We use Evidence Based Public Health methodology using internationally recognized tools, such as AGREE, ADAPTE procedures combining statistical analysis of results with qualitative tools, such as Delphi approaches, focused groups, etc.

Outcome evaluation
Comparative effectiveness research (CER) is our primary tool to compare existing health care interventions (based on evidence and guidelines) to determine which work best for which subjects and which pose the greatest benefits and harms. The approach was implemented in project evaluating CPG for Traumatic Brain Injuries in FP7 Framework program. -

Epidemiology and disease surveillance
Epidemiology of Non-Communicable Diseases (surveillance, registers, screening, health promotion and protection), Early Warning Systems (surveillance, quality, evaluation, MEDIS), IHR, interventions, prevention and life style changes in communities (minorities).
Research, Biostatistics and public health statistics
- Design, management, statistical analysis and results interpretation of epidemiological studies.
- Providing an advice in implementing and interpreting uni and multivariate statistical methods in analyzing data from epidemiological studies. Statistical analysis of data in R environment.
- Development, analysis and interpretation of indicators for public health policies, quality of services, patient safety, etc.
- Reporting, evaluation, dissemination using web casting, podcasting, scientific papers development, PowerPoint presentations, press conferences, etc.
